Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms explain how you may use the Boost Marketing Consultants website and the general conditions that apply when you request our services or access our resources.
“Boost Marketing Consultants,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” refers to the website visitor or client.
Website use and service agreements
Please use this website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement, reserve an offer or authorize us to charge you. Before paid work begins, we will confirm the scope, price, payment terms and other relevant conditions in writing.
A signed agreement or written proposal accepted by both parties takes priority over these general terms where they differ. Any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive remain in place.
Information on this website
Our website provides general information about marketing, online visibility and our services.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but website content, third-party services and platform requirements can change. Information on this website does not replace advice specific to your business.
We may correct errors and update service descriptions or availability. Changes will not alter an existing client agreement unless both parties agree.
Consulting services and scope
The services, deliverables, schedule and responsibilities for each project will be set out in the accepted proposal or written agreement.
Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement. Recommendations alone do not include making changes to your website, business listings, advertising accounts or other systems unless expressly included.
You remain responsible for business decisions and for approving changes before they are published or applied.
Clinic Local Visibility Opportunity Review
Where available, this review examines selected publicly accessible aspects of a clinic’s online presence and identifies marketing opportunities.
The scope may include reviewing up to five website pages, three evidence-backed opportunities, supporting screenshots and sources, one recommended priority, a one- to two-page action brief and a 20-minute review call, as confirmed in your written booking details.
The review is not a complete technical audit, regulatory compliance assessment or assurance that every issue has been identified.
The advertised CA$99 founding offer applies to the first three eligible clinics, subject to availability and our written confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not secure a place.
The advertised five-business-day delivery period begins once we have confirmed your booking and received the information and any payment required to start. We will confirm the expected delivery date in writing and discuss any changes with you.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless indicated otherwise.
Before you commit to a purchase, we will confirm the total price, any applicable taxes, payment schedule and agreed expenses.
An enquiry form submission is not a payment or purchase confirmation.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be provided in writing before you purchase a service.
If those conditions have not been provided, please contact us before making payment. We will not apply an undisclosed blanket “no refunds” policy.
If we cannot provide an agreed service, we will discuss an alternative arrangement or a refund for the portion we cannot provide, subject to your agreement and applicable law.
Client information and access
Please provide accurate information and ensure that you have authority to share any materials or account access supplied for a project.
Delays in receiving information, access or approvals may affect delivery dates.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, patient records or other sensitive personal information through our general enquiry forms. If access or confidential material is required, we will agree on an appropriate method.
Healthcare marketing responsibilities
Our clinic marketing services focus on communication, online visibility and business marketing. They do not provide healthcare, clinical advice or legal advice.
Healthcare clients remain responsible for confirming that their advertising, testimonials, images, professional titles and public claims meet the requirements that apply to their profession.
We do not guarantee approval by a professional college, regulator or other authority. Obtain qualified advice where a regulatory interpretation is needed.
Results and third-party platforms
Marketing outcomes depend on factors such as competition, location, budget, customer behaviour, website condition and third-party platform decisions.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, enquiries, patient bookings, sales, revenue or timeframes for results.
Google, social networks, advertising services and other providers control their own systems. We cannot guarantee their availability, policies, approval decisions or continued features.
Website content and project materials
Website text, designs, graphics, workbooks and other materials belong to Boost Marketing Consultants or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise stated.
You may view the website and use resources for their stated purpose. You may not resell, redistribute or republish protected materials without permission or an applicable legal right.
Ownership and permitted use of custom client deliverables will be set out in the project agreement. You retain rights to materials you supply and grant us permission to use them only as needed to provide the agreed services.
We will not publish your confidential project information or use your name, logo or results as a case study without your permission.
Digital products and external purchases
Workbooks, templates and other digital products may have their own licence and purchase terms.
For products sold through Gumroad or another platform, review the product listing, licence, refund information and checkout terms before purchasing.
A digital resource purchase does not include consulting, customization or ongoing support unless the listing expressly includes it.
Examples and illustrations
Examples labelled fictional or illustrative explain a process or possible finding. They do not describe an actual client engagement or promise a particular result.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites and services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the provider’s content, services or security.
Privacy and enquiries
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
When you submit an enquiry, we may contact you about that enquiry and any services you request. An enquiry alone does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website to:
- Submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
- Attempt unauthorized access to private areas, accounts or records.
- Disrupt the website or distribute harmful code.
- Copy or exploit protected content beyond the permission granted.
Responsibility and limitations
We will carry out agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platform changes or business decisions made using general information on this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any project-specific limits of liability must be set out in the applicable client agreement.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as our website or services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
Updated terms apply prospectively. They do not change an existing service agreement without the agreement of both parties.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
